SHIPPING:
PlantworksStore.com ships all of our products with FedEx ground. All orders are process Monday through Friday and will be shipped out the following business day. All domestic orders are prepaid and the amount of the freight cost will be listed in the check out section of your order.
All trees that are 7.5 ft. or larger will have a freight surcharge applied to the order. This surcharge will be part of the freight cost at check out.
You will know exactly what your order will cost prior to shipping.
RETURNS:
The PlantworksStore.com's exclusive 110% Guarantee insures your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item its original container. PlantworksStore must be notified within seven days to receive a full refund to your credit card.
PlantworksStore will make arrangements to pick up the product and even pay the return shipping. Email your request to
martin@plantworksnow.com or call Customer Service at the Plantworks at (702) 795-3600 to obtain a return confirmation. Please include your name, full address, a daytime number, the reason for returning the item, and return confirmation number.
You will receive an email with instructions for pick up and shipping within a few days. PlantworksStore will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.
